Michael started trading as Benjamin Stevens in May 2024 and brings a wealth of experience with him. Since starting his career in 2008, and living in Elstree & Borehamwood since 2016, it was a no brainer to join when the opportunity arose to open and run Elstree & Borehamwood, Radlett and Shenley. Honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of Michaels business. He believes in building strong, trust-based relationships with his clients, ensuring they always receive transparent and straightforward advice. Michael promises to communicate openly and regularly, keeping his clients informed every step of the way. With a strong background in accountancy spanning over 12 years, Saul Tiano plays a key role as Director. Although not client-facing, Saul is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. He oversees all back-office functions, including managing accounts, handling payments, and ensuring the company runs efficiently. In addition, Saul manages his own small property portfolio, which has helped him gain a deeper understanding of the property industry, enhancing his ability to contribute to the business’s success

Tanisha Sohoraye-Viewings Assistant
Tanisha began her career in estate agency in 2022 previously working with director Michael Jacobs. She quickly made a lasting impression, which speaks volumes as she has been rehired working with him on his new venture. Tanisha brings a keen eye for detail to every viewing, often pointing out property benefits and creative ideas that others may overlook. Her friendly, bubbly personality makes her a pleasure to be around, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and wellinformed during their property visits.

Alongside her creative work, she also supports the team with various administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Charlotte’s creativity and organisational skills help keep the team connected and our communication with the community strong.

TR Financial are financial experts that work in conjunction with our residential sales team. Gideon Tiano and Sam Rose run the business and are based in Borehamwood. Gideon and Sams job is to explore and source the best mortgage rates and products available. They provide no obligation free advice. The additional benefit is that anyone looking to buy can use their service prior to viewing properties allowing them to know exactly what they can afford.
