Leasing companies often charge a full month’s rent for a leasing fee to cover their time and costs associated with current leasing methods.  Of all of the leasing efforts, 85% of the time and labor are associated with showings and calls.  We are replacing 85% of leasing tasks with a low flat fee of $195 per new listing. 

Our online software and services are 95% automated.  We’ll have one or two well qualified people full time at verifying documents related to verifying identification and listing authority before being allowed to use Tenant Guided Tours for showings.
